We offer free shipping on orders over $50!
This does NOT include wholesale orders.
Shipping fees are dependent on your weight, location and carrier-which will be determined at check-out. Shipping times will vary based on your location. All orders typically ship out from our Southern California facility within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your order is on it’s way. Shipments are fulfilled Monday - Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Standard Time) and excluding major holidays.
We currently only ship orders within the United States. Due to recent regulation laws, we can NOT ship to: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire & South Dakota. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope to bring our products into other countries ASAP!

Returns
All Creative Bath Design items are FINAL SALE. Therefore, we can not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. If you believe that you have received a damaged product, the wrong product or have missing items please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate the matter. If you are unhappy with your order, we would like to hear why. Although we do not accept returns, we may offer a replacement or shop credit for certain circumstances.
