What is CBD?
CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a chemical compound from the Cannabis sativa plant, which is also known as marijuana or hemp. Unlike its cousin, delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is the major active ingredient in marijuana, CBD is not psychoactive. Meaning, it will not get you “high”. Is CBD legal?
The passing of the 2018 United States Farm Bill allows US farmers to legally grow and sell industrial hemp. With this recognition, we can now study, manufacture, sell, and consume products created with industrial hemp and less than .3% THC.
Will your products get me high?
Nope. Our products contain none of the psychoactive substance THC and are 100% legal.
Will CBD or CBG effect a drug test?
NO. None of our CBD & CBG products will have any effect on a drug test of any kind.
Do you make bath bombs without joints inside?
Yes. We currently offer the Eucalyptus Mint medicated bomb without the pre-roll. Other scents are available for wholesale orders only, by request.
Where do you make your products?
All of our products are made by hand in sunny San Diego, CA.

How are your products used?

Can your products be used by children?
We don’t recommend it. Our products are designed with the specific needs of adults in mind, using clinical research and safety data for adults, not children. We will continue to develop our brand with the goal of kid friendly products in the future.
If I am an international customer, can I still order your products?
Unfortunately, we currently only sell in the United States for the time being, but we are working hard to expand our reach around the globe.
Where do you ship your products?
Currently we only ship to the United States with the exception of Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, South Dakota, we are unable to sell/ship to these states to due to recent regulation laws.
How should the products be stored?
In a cool, dry place - keep away from moisture.
What is the shipping policy?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all US orders over $65!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do! Please select gift wrap under products. You can customize your card at check out in the add a note section. We can fit TWO products per gift box. Please specify if needed in notes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times will vary based on your location. All orders typically ship out from our Southern California facility within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your order is on it’s way.
Can I place a phone order?
We do not accept phone orders. If you are having problems placing an online order, please email us here and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
We do allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us here to cancel your order. If this 24-hour window has passed, unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
Do you offer wholesale? Is there a wholesale discount?

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. However if you received an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will further investigate and resolve the issue together.
Can I sell your products on my website or store?
Yes! Please email us here to apply for a wholesale account.
I don’t have a Tax ID, can I still apply for a wholesale account?
Yes! You can apply and may get approved, however you will be charged sales tax on all wholesale orders until you are able to provide us with a valid Tax ID number.
What is a SOAK & TOKE?
The Soak & Toke is our signature product (medicated bath bomb) with a CBD pre-roll inside the bath bomb.
Is there REALLY a pre-roll INSIDE the bath bomb? How does it not get wet?
YES! There is a .5 gm CBD flower pre-rolled in hemp paper inside a plastic tube, inside the bath bomb.
